ABOUT MY JOURNEY

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. My multicultural upbringing led to my great interest in traditional cuisines, nutritional, herbal and medicinal practices of the world. While in university I was awarded grants and scholarships to study these practices in both remote and rural villages in India and Africa.

My formal education in nutrition comes from obtaining both a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in the focus of Nutritional Sciences from Loma Linda University, one of the oldest accredited nutrition programs in the world.

As a practitioner, my approach is integrative. I combine the scientific aspects of nutritional biochemistry with a wealth of knowledge from holistic traditional nutritional wisdom that has been passed down from generation to generation.

I come from a family whose core values surround helping others.

I am a firm believer in living holistically and the body’s ability to heal and regain health through real food and proper nutrition.

My mission in life is to help as many people as possible to regain and maintain their health, vitality and mental clarity.
